In line with our strategic development plan, the facility's maximum annual production capacity has already reached 30 million units, further solidifying our position as a leading manufacturer of premium stainless steel vacuum-insulated drinkware.
The facility is equipped with cutting-edge automated production lines capable of performing a wide range of processes, including:
- Tube Drawing and Deep Drawing: Forming raw metal into precise bottle shapes.
- Metalworking and Welding: Handling detailed fabrication and creating strong, seamless joins.
- Vacuumization: Creating the insulating vacuum layer essential for thermal performance.
- Polishing: Achieving flawless internal and external finishes.
- Temperature Measurement: Ensuring process control and verifying product insulation performance.
